Your order has been received and we just need to confirm details before sending through for picking.

Payment Received
Your order has been received along with payment and will be processed shortly

Queued For Picking
Your order has been sent through to the warehouse and is waiting to be picked

Picking Started
Your order is now being picked by one of our warehouse team

Picking Paused / Awaiting Bulk Stock / Awaiting Stock Check / Stock Issue
Your order is currently being picked but we are having to look into a possible stock issue or waiting to access part of the warehouse

Queued For Checking
Your order has been picked but we need to check that the correct quantities and items have been picked

Checking Started
Your order is currently being checked by a member of our warehouse team to ensure your order is correct

Queued For Packing
Your order has been picked and checked, and is now waiting to be packed

Packed & Awaiting Labels

Your order has been packed and is waiting for the courier labels to be printed

Packed / Labels Printed
Your order has been packed and the courier labels have been printed, we are now waiting for the courier to collect.

Ready For Collection
Your order has been packed and is ready for collection from our warehouse

Despatched / Part Despatched
Your order has been collected by the courier service

Invoiced
Your order has left the warehouse and invoiced, a copy of your invoice has been emailed / printed
